It depends on the activity! Each box is tailored to a
specific project, and you'll find a detailed list of what's included on the
product page.

Are the materials safe and non-toxic for children?

 All of our acrylic and watercolor paints are non-toxic
and safe for both kids and adults.
Some craft boxes may include glue or
sealants, so we recommend adult supervision when using those materials.

Are activities mess free or do they require supervision?

Creativity can get a little messy — and that's all part
of the fun!
We recommend wearing an apron for all activities. To protect
your surfaces, lay down a wipeable mat or simply open up your shipping box and
use it as a creative workspace.

Do you offer themed boxes?

Yes, we do! We offer special one-off themed boxes
throughout the year — including Christmas, Halloween, Easter, Back to School,
and more. Keep an eye out for our limited releases!

Do you offer bulk orders for schools or parties?

Absolutely! We’re happy to accommodate bulk orders
that fit within our scope.

For parties, we offer customization options and are excited

Bulk orders will be designed, processed, and priced
separately from the options available on our website. We’d love to work with
you to bring your vision to life while staying within your budget.

How do i place an order?

You can place your order on this website or contact us via
email or social media.

How long until i get my order?

Orders for activity boxes are processed within 2-3
business days.
Once shipped, our courier typically delivers within 1-2
days, depending on your location. (outlying areas may take an additional
1-2days).

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by
incorrect addresses or if you’re unavailable to receive the package. However,
we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

What should I do if my box arrives damaged or if somethingis missing?

 I am very sorry that your order has not reached you in
perfect condition, as we take great care in checking and packaging all items.
The first step is to contact us immediately if something is missing or damaged.

Should something be missing I’ll be happy to ship the
missing items to you at no extra cost. If you’d prefer a refund, I completely
understand, and I will arrange for the return of your order through our
courier. Once the package reaches me, I’ll process a full refund to the original
payment method.

In the event of damages during shipping, I will
arrange for the return of the damaged package. Once I receive it, I’ll
immediately ship out a replacement. If you'd prefer a refund instead, I can
handle that as well and will request a return through our courier. After
receiving the package back, I’ll issue a full refund to your original payment
method.

notebooks, keychains and candles. However, we love custom orders and would love
to work with you to bring your ideas to life.

Can you create a custom design just for me?

Absolutely! We love bringing your unique ideas to
life. Whether it's a special message, photo, or completely custom design, just
reach out to us with the details — we'll work with you to create something
truly personal.

Can I have my purchase gift wrapped?

 We love personalizing your gifts! Simply add a gift
box when you place your order, and we’ll personalize and package your gift with
care. If you’d like to include a personalized note or message, just send us an
email — we’ll do our best to make it the perfect gift for you!

Do you offer wedding or event gifts and favors?

Absolutely! We love customizing for any event — from
wedding favors to bridal party gifts and unique event keepsakes. Let us know
your ideas, and we’ll work with you to create the perfect personalized items
for your special occasion!

Can I see a preview of my personalized item before it'smade?

Designs ordered directly from our website will be created
exactly as shown, so previews are not typically sent.
However, if your
personalization includes a different language, longer wording that may affect
the layout, or if it's a fully custom order with photos, we’ll always send a
preview for your approval before we begin production.

How long does it take to make my order?

Personalized orders typically take 2–5 working days to
process.
Please note that delays in approving custom designs or special
items may extend the production timeline. We’ll always keep you informed and do
our best to stay on schedule!

What if I’m not satisfied with the quality of my order?

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re
not happy with the quality of your item, please reach out within 48 hours of
receiving your order. We’ll ask for a photo and a brief description of the
issue so we can review it and work with you on a solution — whether that’s a
replacement, a refund, or another resolution.

Please note that as each piece is handmade and often
personalized, slight variations are part of the charm — but we’ll always do our
best to make sure you’re happy with what you receive

Can you tell me more about your delivery process?

We deliver across the UAE, with a few exceptions for
temperature-sensitive items like candles.

Orders within Dubai and Abu Dhabi main centres are
delivered using air-conditioned vehicles through our trusted courier —
ideal for the hotter months (May to October). Because candles are sensitive to
high temperatures, they can only be shipped during this time within the
central areas of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

If you’re located outside these zones and would like to
order candles, please email us to discuss alternative shipping options.

For all other deliveries within Dubai and Abu Dhabi,
we offer same-day delivery, typically arriving in the late evening. All
other areas in the UAE are delivered within 1–2 working days.

Delivery costs are AED 25 within the main centres, but all orders over AED 200
enjoy free shipping.

What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

I am very sorry that your order has not reached you in

If the personalization is incorrect due to a mistake made
during the order (such as a misspelling you entered), I’m unable to offer a
refund.
However, I’ll gladly help you place a new order and make sure it

If the error was on my end, please share a photo of
the mistake and return the item. I’ll absolutely take responsibility and send
you a corrected replacement at no additional cost.

How should I care for my personalized mug and water bottle?

Tumblers and mugs with sublimated (printed) designs are
temperature sensitive.
To preserve their quality, they should not be
soaked, scrubbed, or dishwashed.




Glass mugs are personalized with adhesive vinyl, which also means they
should not be soaked, scrubbed, or dishwashed.

Each product will come with a care card to remind you of
these guidelines, ensuring your items stay in perfect condition for as long as
possible.

How should I clean my custom tote bag?

Your tote is designed with heat transfer vinyl. While
this method provides a high-quality look and feel, it does require a bit more
care. For best results, spot cleaning is ideal.

If your tote needs to be washed, wash it inside out on a
cold, gentle cycle
. Do not tumble dry. Afterward, iron it inside out on
a cool setting
to maintain the design. Avoid ironing directly over the
vinyl
, as this can damage both the tote and cause the vinyl to adhere to
your iron.

Do your candles come with care instructions?

Absolutely! A candle care card is included with every
candle order to ensure your candle is enjoyed to its fullest potential. Follow
the tips for the best burn and longest-lasting enjoyment!

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

Absolutely! We’re happy to gift wrap your items. You’ll find a gifting option at the bottom of each product page—simply choose gift wrapping or a gift box and add your personal message to one of the items. Ordering multiple gifts? Just drop us an email, and we’ll be glad to assist you.
