Shipping policy

All of our products are made to order. As such orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. 

If you wish to collect your order please email info@creativecrates.org to arrange a suitable time. Processing timeframes will still be 1-3 business days. Delivery address is provided by customer - if incorrect address is provided shipping will be delayed.

NB - candles can only be shipped to Dubai and Abu Dhabi during summer. Due to the high temperatures candles can only be shipped with an air conditioned courier vehicle and as such only these areas can be serviced. For any specific queries regarding this kindly email me directly

Standard shipping timeframes are provided by the the third party shipper and have a 1-3 day delivery timeframe. Should you require express shipping please email info@creativecrates.org

Shipping of party/large orders will be calculated as per actual cost which, will be quoted before order is shipped and finalized.
